Strongly dye-affinitive stripping and levelling auxiliary for vat, sulfur, direct and reactive dyeings. Levelling agent with retarding action in dyeing with vat and direct dyes. Prevents staining of the ground when prints produced with direct and reactive dyes are washed off.
Basacryl Salt KM   Aqueous solution of a quaternary ammonium compound.

Levelling agent in dyeing anionic PAN fibres with cationic dyes. Non-foaming migrating auxiliary with good combinability and no fibre-blocking action.
Basacryl Salt MX   Surface-active compound.

Retarder with pronounced migration-promoting properties for dyeing polyacrylonitrile fibres with cationic dyes. Combinable with dyes with the combination numbers 1 to 5.
Basojet PEL conc   Fatty acid ethoxylate and condensation product.

Liquid, APEO-free combined dispersing and levelling agent for PES dyeing under acid conditions. Basojet PEL Conc. greatly reduces deposition of PES oligomers on fibres and in dyeing machines, thus minimizing associated problems and improving the sewability of yarns.
Basolan AS-A   Combination of organic and inorganic salts.

By activating peroxide, inhibits permanent setting of wool in the dyebath, thus improving the mechanical properties of the dyed wool and the wearability.
Basolan F   Cationic aqueous solution of polyquaternary compounds. Formaldehyde-free.

Non-felt finishing after preoxidation. Unsurpassed improvement in fastness. Increases the antifelt effect of Basolan MW Micro.
Basolan MW Micro   Cationic aminopolysiloxane.

Non-felt finishing of wool, either by the exhaust process after preoxidation or by padding in the case of wool that has not been preoxidized. Imparts a permanent soft handle to all fibres.
Blankit AN   Stabilized dithionite and flourescent brightener.

Reduction bleaching agent. Light, greenish powder. Stable to hard water. Phosphate-free. Organic components readily biodegradable. Non-hazardous. Optimized dithionite bleaching and fluorescent brightening with a neutral white shade. Very effective on CEL, PA and WO. Light and wash fastness of the brightening on wool unsurpassed.
Blankit AR   Stabilized dithionite and flourescent brightener.

Reduction bleaching agent. Pale-yellow powder. Stable to hard water. Phosphate-free. Organic components readily biodegradable. Non-hazardous.Optimized dithionite bleaching and fluorescent brightening with a reddish white shade. Especially for wool. Light fastness of brightening unsurpassed.
Blankit DA   Reduction bleaching agent containing optical brighteners.

For bleaching and optically brightening wool, PA and cellulosic fibres.
Blankit DZ   Reducing agent with activators.

Reduction bleaching agent and stripping agent. Since the liquors are stable to air and acids, they are also suitable for continuous processes. Has a stronger bleaching effect than Blankit IN.
Blankit IN   Stabilized dithionite.

Reduction bleaching agent. White powder. Stable to hard water. Phosphate-free. Organic components readily biodegradable. Non-hazardous. Optimized dithionite bleach for wool and other fibres. Binds iron and heavy-metal ions and leaves wool soft, whatever the water.
Cyclanon ARC   Mixture of a reducing agent, alkali and dispersing agent.

Aftertreatment agent for improving the fastness properties of dyeings with disperse dyes on polyester and its blends. Can be applied without additional alkali.
Cyclanon E   Aqueous solution of polyquaternary compounds. Formaldehyde-free.

Aftertreatment agent for dyeings and prints produced with reactive dyes. It particularly improves the contact wet fastness properties and the fastness to water and perspiration of reactive dyeings. It has no effect on shade or handle and very little effect on the light fastness.
Cyclanon ECO   Aqueous solution of a sulfinic acid derivative.

Liquid reducing agent for post-clearing dyeings with disperse dyes on PES, PES/PAN and acetate. Added directly to the acid dyebath. Avoids the double pH change of conventional post-clearing.
Cyclanon ECO Plus   Aqueous solution of an organic reducing agent.

Liquid aftertreatment agent for post-clearing dyeings with disperse dyes on PES, PES/PAN and acetate. Added directly to the acid dyebath. Avoids the double pH change of conventional post-clearing.
Cyclanon ERL   Aqueous solution of polyquaternary compounds. Formaldehyde-free.

Aftertreatment agent for dyeings and prints produced with reactive and direct dyes and indigo. Particularly improves the wash fastness ratings. Can be used in the same treatment bath as Cyclanon E.
Cyclanon K   -

Auxiliaries for countering any loss in fastness due to thermomigration of azo disperse dyes in dyeings and prints on polyester and PES/CO blends. Applied to advantage in conjunction with resin finishing.
Cyclanon PE-JET   Mixture of aliphatic ethoxylated products and a phosphoric acid ester. APEO-free.

Low-foaming auxiliary for the non-reductive post-clearing of dyeings and prints on PES fibres and blends of PES with wool and cellulosic fibres. Forms very little foam and can therefore be used to advantage in semi-flooded jet-dyeing machines.
Cyclanon R   Mixture of a reducing agent and ethoxylates.

Sulfur-free liquid auxiliary for the reductive post-clearing of dyeings with disperse dyes on synthetic fibres. Mixture of a reducing agent and a nonionic dispersing and softening agent. Stable to air and moisture. Reduces dye residues in the presence of alkalis, disperses dye decomposition products, and gives a soft finish to the fibre.
Cyclanon V   -

Auxiliaries for countering any loss in fastness due to thermomigration of azo disperse dyes in dyeings and prints on polyester and PES/CO blends. Applied to advantage in conjunction with resin finishing.
Cyclanon XC-W   Formulation based on dye-affine polymers

Aftertreatment agent for cellulosic fibres.
Dekol SAD   Anionic sequestering agent, liquid.

Prevents variations in shade and depth of shade caused by Ca2+ and Mg2+ in dyeing CEL with reactive dyes.
Dekol SN   Acrylic copolymer.

Dispersing agent and protective colloid in dyeing cotton and cotton/synthetic fibre blends with vat, reactive, direct and sulfur dyes. Non-foaming and non-retarding. Prevents impurities in cotton (pectinates, waxes and water-hardening substances) from redepositing in the material, and the formation of dye adducts with these impurities. Highly effective auxiliary for washing off hydrolysates from dyeings and prints with reactive dyes.
Dekol SN   Acrylic copolymer.

Dispersing agent and protective colloid in dyeing cotton and cotton/synthetic fibre blends with vat, reactive, direct and sulfur dyes. Non-foaming and non-retarding. Prevents impurities in cotton (pectinates, waxes and water-hardening substances) from redepositing in the material, and the formation of dye adducts with these impurities. Highly effective auxiliary for washing off hydrolysates from dyeings and prints with reactive dyes.
Eulysin DBC   Phosphate-free aqueous solution of dispersing agents, complexing agents and an acid buffer system.

Multifunctional, liquid product for PES dyeing. Disperses and complexes hard-water ions, sequesters heavy-metal ions, sets the pH to an optimum value of 4.5, and is an efficient buffer.
Eulysin PC   Mixture of nonvolatile aliphatic carboxylic acids. Water-miscible liquid.

pH regulator with very good buffering capacity for dyeing with reactive dyes and textile printing with disperse dyes. Best when first diluted with water but can also be added directly to the dyebath, print paste or pad liquor. Very low volatility, superlative buffering and neutralizing effect. Significant advantages over acetic acid. Its low volatility ensures that the pH remains constant throughout the process and only traces of residual acid remain on the fabric.
Eulysin S   Mixture of aliphatic dicarboxylic acids.

Used in dyeing and printing as a nonvolatile acid instead of acetic acid. Applied in a long liquor, in continuous dyeing and in carpet printing. Forms a very effective buffer with caustic soda.
Eulysin TX 5187   Aqueous solution of an alkaline buffer and a dispersing agent.

Alkaline pH regulator for dyeing PES fibres with disperse dyes.
Eulysin WP   Organic ester of low volatility.

Acid donor for controlling the pH during the dyeing of wool or polyamide fibres.
Hydrosulfite conc BASF   Sodium dithionite.

Reducing agent for the textile industry. Used as a reducing agent for vat dyes; for reductive clearing of dyeings and prints with disperse dyes on polyester and triacetate; for stripping dyeings and prints produced with vat, reactive and direct dyes on cellulosic fibres; and for cleaning dye-soiled dyeing machines, etc.
Hydrosulfite conc BASF N   Sodium dithionite.

Kieralon B highly conc   APEO-free mixture of sequestering and surface-active substances.

Excellent detergent with good dispersing action. Optimum efficiency in hot, alkaline liquors. The product is therefore ideal for boiling off, as a wetting agent and detergent in bleaching, and for aftersoaping dyeings and prints on cellulosic fibres.
Leophen RA   Sodium salt of a sulfosuccinic acid ester.

Rapid wetting agent in package dyeing, in the continuous dyeing of cellulosic fibres by the pigment padding process, in the hypochlorite-peroxide bleach, and in the chlorination of wool. Hydrolyzed by strong alkalis. As a rewetting agent, Leophen RA imparts very good absorbency to cellulosic-fibre bleach goods.
Ludigol AR   Aqueous solution of inorganic salts.

Mild, anionic oxidizing agent for dyeing with disperse dyes that are sensitive to reduction, especially in fully flooded machines and with PES/CV blends.
Ludigol granules   Oxidizing agent for the textile industry.

Auxiliary for preventing undesirable reduction of reactive dyes and for reoxidizing dyeings with vat dyes. Prevents deterioration of dyes during boil-off of coloured bleach goods. Strength relationship of granules to liquid type: 100:20. Ludigol Granules are non-dusting.
Ludigol liquid   Oxidizing agent for the textile industry.

Lufibrol FW   Combination of retardant and protective salts.

Mild, complex-forming reducing agent. Fibre-preserving reduction bleaching agent for one-bath bleaching and dyeing of wool and other animal fibres. Reduces the natural yellowish coloration of wool in the hot dyebath, so that clear pastel shades and brilliant medium shades can be obtained.
Palatex PC   Mixture of modified phosphoric acid esters.

Anionic fibre-lubricating agent and crease inhibitor for dyeing CEL, PES and their blends. Especially for dyeing with reactive dyes.
Palatex S   Polyamide derivative.

Auxiliary to counter the fixation of running creases in dyeing piece goods composed of synthetic fibres and blends, and for inhibiting the formation of compression marks in dyeing high-bulk PAN yarns in hank form.
Palegal SF   Mixture of aliphatic esters and nonionic and anionic compounds.

Levelling agent for dyeing PES fibres under HT conditions. Ensures synchronous exhaustion of disperse dyes, promotes levelling-out in the HT phase, minimizes marking caused by variations in the affinity of the material.
Palegal SFD   Mixture of aromatic esters and nonionic emulsifiers. Liquid, APEO-free.

Levelling agent for dyeing PES fibres under HT conditions. Ensures synchronous exhaustion of disperse dyes, promotes levelling-out in the HT phase, minimizes marking caused by variations in the affinity of the material. Does not cause shrinkage of the fibres and does not affect the light fastness of the dyeings. Foam-free, little odour.
Palegal XP-L   Mixture of anionic and nonionic emulsifiers, APEO-free.

Levelling agent for dyeing polyester fibres under HT conditions.
Peregal P   Dye-affinitive, oligomeric condensation product.

Non-foaming levelling agent for vat dyes. Improves levelling-out, reduces the dye-absorption rate and promotes dye penetration.
Primasol AMK   Aqueous solution of acrylic copolymers.

Foam-free padding auxiliary for preventing pigment migration in dyeing fabrics composed of cellulosic fibres and their blends with synthetic fibres by the pad-steam, pad-jig and thermosol processes.
Primasol JET   High-molecular polymer in aqueous solution.

Universal, nonionic lubricant and crease inhibitor for textile finishing in rope-dyeing machines. Improves the running properties, protects the fabric surface, prevents the formation of running creases, and increases the liquor pickup.
Primasol NF   Salt of a phosphoric acid ester.

Low-foaming padding auxiliary for continuous and batch dyeing processes on cotton and PES/CO blends. Improves the penetration and levelness of the dyeing.
Primasol SD   Nonionic ethoxylation product.

Padding auxiliary for dyeing carpet yarns composed of polyamide and acrylic fibres by the space-dyeing process.
Primasol V   Aqueous solution of acrylic copolymers.

Padding auxiliary with migration-inhibiting effect in dyeing fabrics composed of cellulosic fibres and their blends with synthetic fibres.
Rongal HT   Sodium dithionite and stabilizers.

Special reducing agent for dyeing cellulosic fibres with vat dyes in the 90-115 °C temperature range.
Rongal PS   Sulfoxylic acid derivative.

Stabilized reducing agent for continuous dyeing with vat dyes by the pad-steam process.
Rongal 5242   Ketone derivative.

Liquid, sulfur-free, readily biodegradable reducing agent for dyeing cellulosic fibres with vat or sulfur dyes. No overreduction of sensitive vat dyes. Applied together with hydrosulfite by the NaOH/Rongal metering process to improve levelling and dye penetration.
Setamol BL   Condensation product of an aromatic sulfonic acid.

Liquid, non-surface-active dispersing agent and protective colloid used in dyeing with vat, disperse and naphthol dyes and indigo. Improves the stability of the dyebaths and ensures that the dyes are well dispersed.
Setamol WS   Condensation product of an aromatic sulfonic acid.

Protective colloid in dyeing with vat dyes and indigo, and in Naphthol AS impregnating baths. Dispersing agent in dyeing acetate, polyamide and polyester fibres with disperse dyes. Reduces staining of the white ground when washing off prints with disperse dyes on acetate, triacetate, polyamide and polyester.
Setamol XP-D   Dispersing agent in water.

Non-surface-active dispersing agent and protective colloid used in dyeing with vat, disperse and naphthol dyes and indigo.
Trilon TA liquid   Sodium salt of nitrilotriacetic acid.

For softening process water and preventing the formation of lime soap and other insoluble lime deposits. Dissolves precipitates of hard-water salts and other metal compounds. For applying dyes that are sensitive to water hardness or metal salts. Readily biodegradable. Prevents water-hardening substances from depositing on printed fabrics during washing-off, thus resulting in greater brilliance, better fastness and a good handle.
Trilon TA powder   Sodium salt of nitrilotriacetic acid.

For softening process water and preventing the formation of lime soap and other insoluble lime deposits. Dissolves precipitates of hard-water salts and other metal compounds. Prescouring agent for yarns and fabrics composed of acetate, triacetate, polyester and polyamide. Levelling agent in dyeing wool and polyamide with anionic dyes. Levels out uneven dyeings and brightens faulty dyeings. Also used in the reductive clearing of dyeings and prints with disperse dyes on triacetate and polyester.
Uniperol AC   Fatty amine ethoxylate in water.

Prescouring agent for yarns and fabrics composed of acetate, triacetate, polyester and polyamide. Levelling agent in dyeing wool and polyamide with anionic dyes. Uniperol O Micropearl   Fatty alcohol polyglycol ether.

Versatile dyeing auxiliary, e.g. to improve the levelness in dyeing wool with 1:1 metal-complex dyes, or in dyeing cellulosic fibres with direct dyes. Agent for degreasing and scouring textiles in acid dyebaths.
Uniperol SE   Amphoteric mixture of ethoxylation products.

Versatile levelling agent in the dyeing of wool, polyamide fibres and blends of wool with polyamide or polyester fibres in all processinf forms. It is paricularly suitable in conjunction with 1:2 metal-complex dyes that contain sulfonic acid groups.
Uniperol SE   Amphoteric mixture of ethoxylation products.

Versatile levelling agent in the dyeing of wool, polyamide fibres and blends of wool with polyamide or polyester fibres in all processinf forms. It is paricularly suitable in conjunction with 1:2 metal-complex dyes that contain sulfonic acid groups.
Uniperol W   Anionic fatty alcohol polyglycol ether.

Universal dyeing auxiliary for dyeing wool, synthetic fibres and hard fibres. Improves levelness, dye penetration and rub fastness.
Uniperol 5769   Ethoxylation product.

Dispersing, levelling and aftersoaping agent for textile dyeing. Particularly good effects in polyamide hosiery dyeing with disperse dyes in machines with high packing density.
Vitexol K   Fatty acid ester preparation.

Prevents foam formation, especially in dyeing knitted and woven fabrics composed of cellulosic fibres and their blends with vat, reactive and direct dyes in jet-dyeing machines. It should be added to the liquor at the beginning of the dyeing process. Can also be applied in dyeing wool and polyamide fibres with acid and metal-complex dyes. Vitexol K is not recommended for dyebaths containing disperse dyes.
Zetex CCP1   Acrylic copolymer.

With Zetex CCP2 a multifunctional auxiliary system for dyeing with Caledon SF dyes by the Compress C Plus process. (Caledon = registered brand name of DyStar Textilfarben GmbH & Co Deutschland KG, Frankfurt am Main)
